PSG Reach Champions League Semis After Historic Comeback

Catalans Obliterate First-Leg Deficit

Mbappé Brace Seals Progression

Paris Saint-Germain have reached the UEFA Champions League semi-finals after a thrilling comeback victory over Barcelona. The French giants came from two goals down on aggregate to secure a 4-6 victory on away goals, with Kylian Mbappé scoring twice.

Barcelona stunned PSG in the first leg, thrashing them 4-0 at the Camp Nou. However, the Parisians showed remarkable resilience in the return match at the Parc des Princes. Mbappé opened the scoring in the 31st minute, and Marco Verratti equalised in the 89th to take the game into extra time.

In extra time, Mbappé grabbed his second goal in the 94th minute, giving PSG a crucial 3-0 lead. Barcelona were down to ten men after Clement Lenglet was sent off for a second yellow card, and the Catalans' hopes of a comeback were effectively extinguished.

Barcelona pulled off the biggest comeback in UEFA Champions League history by obliterating PSG's 4-0 first-leg win with a 6-1 victory at the Camp Nou. Sergi Roberto scored the winning goal in the 95th minute, sending the Catalan giants into the semi-finals.

However, PSG turned the tables in the return match, winning 4-1 at the Parc des Princes to advance to the semi-finals on away goals. Mbappé's brace was crucial in PSG's victory, as the French striker continues to shine on the biggest stage.

PSG will now face either Manchester City or Borussia Dortmund in the semi-finals. Barcelona, meanwhile, will need to regroup and focus on the La Liga title race.
